Jan-Lennard Struff has given his start commitment for the ATP tournament from the 12th to 18th of July at the Hamburg Red Tree.
“I always like to play mega on German soil,” said Germany’s number two. He hopes, Struff says, “that in July we will be allowed to play again in front of spectators”.
In front of the men, from the 6th to 11th of July, the women will hit the sandbox in Hamburg. Personally, I think it’s great that the WTA tour is coming back to Hamburg,”Struff said:”This is another appreciation of this traditional event.”
Struff has two eighth finals from the years 2017 and 2019 to book as the best results in Hamburg. Last year the 31-year-old lost his opening match against the Russian Karen Khachanov.
