For the Bundesliga football leaguer Eintracht Frankfurt, the first test game of the summer will be a reunion with an old friend.
Eintracht meets on 1. August at the general rehearsal for the European League Eighth Final against FC Basel, France’s first finalist AS Monaco with former Eintracht coach Niko Kovac. The Hessians announced this on Sunday. The Frankfurters start preparations on Monday.
“We are especially looking forward to this game. It is always nice to come to Frankfurt and meet friends. Sports is also an interesting test on our way back from the training camp,”Kovac said.
